“The inspiration behind this art for the mural was based on the idea of a fun time with one another shown by every character interacting with each other and the colorful and vibrant retro dining aesthetic of mom's kitchen. The characters consisted of ducks, flamingos, some of the artist personal characters with masks with friendly expressions and dogs because you can't live in Astoria without having an adorable companion. The whole experience was incredible not only because people passing by, loving the vibrant colors and characters but also seeing the whole thing unfold in their neighborhood.”
